Resourcing Business Partner

Remote-Based Role | Facilities Management | Initial Contract

We are supporting a leading Tier 1 Facilities Management provider in their search for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to join their growing Talent Acquisition team on an initial contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a stakeholder-focused environment and enjoys recruiting across a broad range of specialist Facilities Management, engineering, technical, and corporate positions.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will provide recruitment expertise, market insight, and attraction strategies to help secure top talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of FM and specialist vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver hiring plans.
  • Conduct direct sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support wider Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

About You

We are keen to speak with recruiters from either an in-house Talent Acquisition background or experienced agency recruiters who have recruited within the Facilities Management, Engineering, or Technical sectors.

You will be comfortable operating at a senior level, with proven experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and engaging with senior hiring managers, business leaders, and leadership-level candidates.
