Role: Resourcing Business Partner

Location: London (short walk from South Quay station)

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

We're looking for a commercially minded Resourcing Business Partner to build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive recruitment success through data-led insights, strategic workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

The role is responsible for building strong relationships, using data and market insight to influence decision-making, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring recruitment services align with client objectives. Through collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial awareness, the Resourcing Business Partner delivers long-term value for both the client and Reed Talent Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, becoming the primary point of contact for recruitment-related discussions and service improvements.
  • Use recruitment data, MI, market intelligence and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing insight-led recommendations.
  • Facilitate workforce planning and demand forecasting discussions to support proactive hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams, suppliers, People Partners and Reed specialist businesses to maximise attraction, fulfilment, engagement and workforce outcomes.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, service reviews and business updates, presenting performance insights and improvement plans.
  • Act as the first escalation point for service and delivery issues, driving resolution and positive outcomes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance stakeholder experience, recruitment performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs and client expectations, ensuring service excellence is consistently delivered and improvement actions are implemented where required.
  • Analyse attrition, engagement and workforce trends to identify opportunities to strengthen retention, worker experience and overall service performance.
  • Support account growth, retention and commercial objectives by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Champion a collaborative, consultative and solution-focused approach across the account.
  • Work closely with wider Reed Talent Solutions teams to ensure workforce insight, stakeholder feedback and operational performance are translated into meaningful service improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
