At Bright Futures, we provide specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with complex needs. We are now looking for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to help us attract high-quality talent across our services.
The Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Resourcing Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and recruit exceptional people across our organisation while providing leadership and direction to a small resourcing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional who can operate as a true business partner to operational and functional leaders. You will be responsible for delivering effective recruitment strategies across a range of roles, from frontline care and education positions through to leadership and specialist business support roles. Using recruitment data, market insight, and your understanding of the organisation's workforce needs, you will help improve candidate quality, recruitment outcomes, time to hire, and retention.
You will be a trusted adviser to hiring managers, providing challenge, expertise, and practical solutions to ensure we attract and appoint the right people who share our values.

- Coach hiring managers to apply consistent, values-based, fair, and safer recruitment practices.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for key and difficult-to-fill roles, including leadership, education, and business support positions.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels including job board activity, direct sourcing, referrals, and other attraction methods.
- Manage recruitment spend effectively and ensure that it is delivering value for money.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, monitor recruitment KPIs, and provide clear recruitment reports and market insight.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall recruitment performance.
- Produce clear recruitment reporting and insight to support informed workforce and resourcing decisions.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to improve the quality of hire, retention, and the overall employee experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
