Role: Resourcing Business Partner
Location: Northampton
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Resourcing Business Partner and play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio.
This role is crucial in partnering with the client to deliver recruitment outcomes, support workforce planning, drive continuous improvement, and ensure Reed achieves its service and commercial goals.
Day-to-day Of The Role
- Own the delivery of Managed Services for key clients, ensuring service excellence, continuous improvement and alignment to client objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders within the client business to understand workforce priorities, forecast demand, identify risks and support effective recruitment planning.
- Oversee recruitment service delivery in line with best practice, using data, market insight and stakeholder feedback to improve attraction, delivery, and hiring outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, supplier performance, stakeholder experience and service delivery.
- Ensure seamless integration of activities managed onsite at the client premises with outputs from dedicated client teams based offsite.
- Act as the first point of contact for service issues, ensuring challenges are identified early, owned through to resolution and used to inform future improvements.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, presenting insight and recommendations to support decision-making, service improvement and long-term partnership value.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns from both client and candidate perspectives.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market-leading principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with key figures within client businesses.
- Confidence using recruitment systems, MI and data reporting to support insight-led decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Attributes such as result-driven, analytical, solution-oriented, clear communication, influential, collaborative, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilient to challenges with a strong desire to learn and succeed in meeting activity and financial targets.
