Lead strategic recruitment, attraction and workforce solutions for Cafcass

At Cafcass, our work supports children and families at some of the most important and difficult moments in their lives, and the experience and support we provide for colleagues is central to how well we deliver that purpose.

This is an exciting time to join a HR department which is on a positive journey of change and development, with supporting children and families at the heart of everything it does.

We’re looking for a creative, driven and passionate Resourcing Business Partner to use their resourcing experience to drive real positive change for Children and Families with the work they do. The ideal candidate will have a combined experience of both agency and internal recruitment, but significant alternative experience will be considered.

About The Role

As Resourcing Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, taking ownership of recruitment campaigns from workforce analysis and attraction strategy through to selection support, onboarding and continuous improvement. You will bring data, market insight, candidate focus and strong professional judgement to help Cafcass attract and appoint colleagues who share our values.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
