Resourcing Business Partner – 12-Month FTC
Location: Bristol, hybrid working
Hours: 30 hours per week. 0.8 FTE
Reporting to: Human Resources Director
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality recruitment service for the UK business. You will provide an excellent experience for hiring managers and candidates while continuing to improve our approach, and supporting on Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives. Managing a broad portfolio of vacancies, from early-career opportunities through to senior appointments, you will lead recruitment delivery, direct sourcing, and a small number of agency relationships. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR projects.
We offer flexible hybrid working, typically spending one to two days per week in our Bristol office, with the flexibility to work from home on other days.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and continuously improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficient processes, accurate data, and a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across the UK, managing vacancies from entry level through to senior roles, from initial contact and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Provide high-quality, consultative recruitment support to hiring managers, advising on sourcing strategies, market insights, selection, and best practice.
- Ensure fair, inclusive, and consistent recruitment and selection practices, using effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of talented candidates.
- Source, attract, and assess talent through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment campaigns, and other innovative channels.
- Oversee pre-employment compliance screening, ensuring processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in line with relevant requirements.
- Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers, including preferred agencies, monitoring supplier performance, quality, and spend.
- Represent Triodos Bank at careers and employment events, supporting our employer brand and building diverse talent pipelines.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an in-house recruitment/talent acquisition role is preferred, although agency experience will also be considered. Experience within professional or financial services is desirable but not essential.
- Strong experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, including job boards, CV databases, and social media platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies at pace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging recruitment content.
- A proactive, commercially aware, and continuous-improvement mindset.
- A strong connection with Triodos Bank’s values and mission.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a full-time equivalent of £45,000 – £50,000 (£36,000 – £40,000 actual) depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
