Resourcing Consultant - Construction Division
Cavendish Professionals are currently in search of a Resourcing Consultant within the construction division.
If you have some recruitment/sales experience or are looking for your first entry into the recruitment world, this may be the company and position for you.
About the Role
- Working as a junior recruitment resourcer/consultant within the construction division
- Building relationships with all construction professionals looking to explore new opportunities
- Interacting with workers on a day-to-day basis via the phone, email, and in person
- Screening and registering all worker enquiries that come in on a day-to-day basis
- Working closely with the senior construction consultants to fill all requirements
- Day-to-day interaction with clients on an ongoing basis
- Learning about a new sector and developing own personal knowledge
- Candidate generation to start with; sourcing on behalf and under the guidance of the senior team – ensuring time is spent effectively over multiple roles
- Progression to Consultant
- Opportunity to attend site meetings and events with senior members of the team

- Ability to speak multiple languages - desirable
- Previous recruitment/sales experience - desirable
- A general interest/desire to work in the construction sector
