St Paul’s Girls’ School – a leading independent school in London focused on nurturing creativity, curiosity, and a love of academic discovery – is looking for an organised and people-focused Resourcing Coordinator to join the HR Team and play a key role in attracting and supporting exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process across both teaching and support roles.
  • Drafting and uploading adverts to the iTrent system, school website and job boards, working collaboratively with advertising agencies to promote vacancies.
  • Managing interview scheduling, room bookings and candidate communications, supporting with shortlisting and preparing interview materials.
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks in line with KCSIE requirements, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the Resourcing Manager with SCR updates and audit preparation.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining applicant records and supporting with reporting, data extraction and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Assisting with onboarding and inductions, including preparing offer letters and contracts, coordinating new starter paperwork, and working with payroll.
  • Using digital tools and systems effectively to streamline recruitment processes, improve data accuracy and support the School’s ambition to work in a more digital and efficient way.
  • Optimising the use of the applicant tracking system, working with IT to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Providing general HR administrative support.

Skills and Experience

  • Safer recruitment training (or a willingness to undertake this).
  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS systems and managing candidate communications.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding compliance documentation.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work to deadlines.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
  • Basic understanding of employment law or safer recruitment principles (desirable).

Salary: Up to £38,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week), 52 weeks per year.
