Resourcing Coordinator Opportunity in Bristol

Do you enjoy being organised and have a keen eye for attention to detail? Do you like interacting with different people throughout your day? Interested in being on the other side of job adverts like this one? We are currently seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join our People team in Bristol.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Day to day, your task list will be filled with everything from advertising roles and arranging interviews, to creating offer paperwork and conducting right to work checks. To be successful for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in administration and coordination, whilst it would be great if you had some knowledge of recruitment and resourcing, we would offer full training and plenty of support along the way.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, a lot of your work will be on the phone chatting to candidates so you should be confident and comfortable in this from day one.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven proof-reading skills.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Committed to excellence and delivering results.
