The Role

As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, registering and engaging construction professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment, workforce planning or talent acquisition within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source blue and white-collar construction professionals using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Screen and register new candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain candidate talent pools.
  • Engage with candidates through WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn and social media.
  • Liaise with clients regarding vacancies and candidate availability.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Passionate about helping people find employment.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and online.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience.
  • Experience within construction or engineering recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Right to Work requirements.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or CRM software.
  • Understanding of construction trades and job roles (desirable but not essential).
