Are you looking to build a career in recruitment, customer service, or HR?

We are looking for a Resourcing & Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Connect2Swindon, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and supporting candidates while delivering excellent service to hiring managers and agency workers. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping connect talented people with opportunities across the region.

This role would suit an organised and proactive individual with strong customer service and administration skills who is looking to develop a career in recruitment, HR, or workforce solutions.

Who we are

Connect2Swindon is part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), one of the UK’s largest local authority-owned trading organisations, operating 35+ businesses across education, energy, IT, procurement, HR, and more.

Our mission is simple. We support the delivery of better public services to help people live, learn, and thrive. This purpose underpins everything we do.

A significant proportion of our profits is reinvested into frontline public services, enabling us to combine commercial performance with meaningful social value.

Why this role matters

You will play a key role in growing and maintaining a high-quality candidate network, ensuring hiring managers have access to compliant, suitable talent when they need it.

This is a role where organisation, communication, and customer service are essential, with responsibility for supporting the candidate journey from attraction and onboarding through to placement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
