Resourcing Executive (Farnham)
Location: Farnham, Hampshire (Hybrid working – 1 to 2 office days per week)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Please note: Due to the hybrid nature of this role, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, and be able to commute to our Farnham office 1–2 days per week.
About the Role
YRH Finance Team is looking for a proactive and organised Resourcing Executive to join our growing Resourcing Team.
Reporting to the Resourcing & Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment of finance professionals and head office employees. Working closely with Regional Partners, you'll help identify hiring needs, source high-quality candidates, coordinate recruitment activity, and deliver an excellent candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for finance professionals and central support roles.
- Partner with Regional Partners to understand recruitment and capacity requirements across the business.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess suitability for vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offers, contracts, and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and recruitment systems.
- Manage recruitment inboxes and ensure timely responses to applications.
- Produce recruitment reports and updates for the Resourcing & Engagement Manager.
- Promote YRH Finance Team positively, ensuring every candidate receives a professional and engaging experience.
- Support with Principal onboarding/offboarding.
- Support with client onboarding/offboarding.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential. Experience with an ATS would be an advantage.
