Resourcing Manager
Location: Snodland, Kent
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, 6-9 months
Working Pattern: Full Time
Salary: £60,000 per annum, pro rata
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Resourcing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking organisation that values creativity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and enhancing the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of resourcing strategies to meet corporate and departmental objectives.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to provide a seamless recruitment service for both permanent and contractor hires.
- Manage and amplify the organisation's brand image to attract top talent through effective social media and local engagement strategies.
- Develop and manage the annual recruitment budget in collaboration with finance and senior management.
- Act as the subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and procedures.
- Coach and advise managers on robust recruitment and selection practices.
- Utilise people analytics and market data to generate insights and track performance.

What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Previous experience managing recruitment processes, including drafting advertisements, shortlisting, and competency-based interviewing.
- Previous resourcing or talent acquisition experience gained within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or other regulated, multi-site organisations is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building, management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with third-party suppliers for the delivery of temporary workers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve objectives.
- Proven experience recruiting across diverse disciplines, including technical positions, high-volume roles, and leadership vacancies.
- Proficient in using social media and professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
