Resourcing Manager Opportunity
A growing boutique consultancy is looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to take ownership of resource planning across a talented team of consultants working on high-profile client projects.
This is a hands-on role with real influence. You'll be responsible for:
- Matching the right people to the right projects
- Managing capacity
- Leading resourcing discussions
- Providing clear advice to senior stakeholders
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record in a Resourcing Manager or Resource Management role.
- Can demonstrate longevity and success within previous positions.
- Has experience within consultancy, training, learning & development, professional services, or a similar people-led environment.
- Enjoys working in a smaller, fast-paced business where relationships and judgement matter.
- Is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
- Has strong Excel skills and enjoys using data to support decision-making.
