Lead the team that puts the right people on the projects that matter
Stellar Omada is a UK IT services, transformation and consultancy firm helping organisations change for the better. Our Growth Team is expanding, and we're looking for a Resourcing Manager to lead our recruitment operation and make sure our clients get the talent they need, quickly and to a standard they'll remember.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run a team of Technical Resourcers, own delivery across our technical, digital and management consulting portfolios, and work side by side with our sales team, Practice Leads and Delivery Directors to stay ahead of client demand.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of recruiters and resourcers, setting clear standards and driving delivery every day
- Owning time-to-fill, team capacity and resource fulfilment so we meet client demand at pace
- Building and nurturing a high-quality network of consultants, associates and passive talent across our core skill areas
- Shaping our sourcing strategy across LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist job boards, tech communities and referrals
- Partnering with sales and delivery leaders to line up talent ahead of upcoming projects and client SLAs
- Turning market insight (salary benchmarks, talent availability, hiring trends) into intelligence and new leads for the Growth Team
- Overseeing and supporting our recruitment service to keep client satisfaction high
- Managing senior offer negotiations and working with HR to make onboarding seamless
- Representing Stellar Omada at industry events and meetups, and helping build our reputation as an employer of choice

What you'll bring
- A track record in recruitment leadership within technology, IT transformation or management consulting
- Experience managing and developing recruiters to hit delivery targets
- Strong direct sourcing skills, with real expertise in pipeline building and associate network management
- A solid understanding of change and technology, cloud, data and how consulting businesses work
- The credibility to hold your own with executive stakeholders, and the energy to still roll your sleeves up
