Role Description
The Resourcing Manager is a full-time, role based in Birmingham, responsible for overseeing the effective deployment of contingency labor to meet project demands. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing resource allocation across multiple projects
- Coordinating workforce planning with operational teams
- Ensuring staffing levels align with contractual and delivery requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including project managers and tier-one contractors, to understand requirements, forecast labor needs, and respond quickly to changes in demand
- Leading recruiting efforts for site and project roles
- Supporting onboarding and training activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to workforce utilization and performance
- Contributing to process improvement, compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Promoting a safe, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Strong Resource Management and Workforce Planning skills to allocate personnel effectively and meet project timelines
- Solid Stakeholder Management skills to build relationships and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
- Practical Recruiting skills to source, assess, and select workers for infrastructure and construction projects
- Training skills to support onboarding, development, and compliance-related instruction for the workforce

Additional beneficial qualifications include:
- Experience in construction or infrastructure resourcing
- Knowledge of labor regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with workforce management or HR systems
