Location: Flexible location, with regular travel to Cafcass office locations across England
Salary: £56,941 - £59,028 plus London Weighting where applicable

We are looking for a Resourcing Manager to lead the strategic direction, delivery and continuous improvement of resourcing across Cafcass.
About The Role
As Resourcing Manager, you will lead Resourcing Business Partners and Resourcing Advisers, setting clear expectations and ensuring consistent, high-quality recruitment practice. You will advise senior leaders, manage resourcing risks, oversee complex recruitment activity and help build a resilient, future-focused recruitment offer that supports organisational sustainability and performance.
You Will
- Lead and manage the Resourcing team, building a high-performing, professional and collaborative service.
- Support the Head of Resourcing to set strategic direction for recruitment, attraction and workforce priorities.
- Provide expert advice, challenge and assurance on complex and high-profile recruitment campaigns.
- Use data, metrics and insight to monitor performance, identify risks and improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Oversee recruitment systems, supplier relationships, resourcing policies and governance.
- Champion inclusive, compliant and safer recruitment practice across vacancy approval, selection and onboarding.

About You
We are seeking someone who can bring:
- Significant experience leading specialist resourcing or recruitment teams in a complex organisation.
- A strong track record of delivering strategic, complex or high-volume recruitment campaigns at pace.
- Expert knowledge of workforce planning, labour market dynamics and attraction strategies.
- Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders with credibility and constructive challenge.
- A commitment to recruitment governance, inclusion, candidate experience and continuous improvement.
