Client Success
- Help maintain a strong pipeline of applicants to meet the hiring needs of clients, ensuring diversity and quality throughout.
- Run interactive sessions or training to assist hiring teams in understanding the assessment process and their involvement in candidate evaluation.
- Keep application processes on track, ensuring prompt movement through the hiring funnel and meeting agreed turnaround times.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, timely communication both online and face-to-face.
Candidate Journey
- Plan and manage assessment events, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
- Communicate updates and outcomes to candidates, including constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Keep records and recruitment status reports accurate and up to date.
- Ensure candidates feel informed and supported, answering queries clearly and efficiently throughout the process.
Team Collaboration
- Maintain open communication with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination during campaigns.
- Attend team check-ins and contribute ideas and updates.
- Manage competing tasks with flexibility and strong time management, particularly during busy recruitment cycles.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential; recruitment experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the early careers space.
