About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Partner to join a leading public sector organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and workforce planning within the public sector environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, supporting hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across a variety of functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective resourcing strategies.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, legislation, and market trends.
- Lead recruitment campaigns across a range of corporate and operational roles.
- Utilise direct sourcing methodologies, talent pooling, and market mapping to identify suitable candidates.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with organisational policies and public sector governance requirements.
- Deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and organisational change programmes where required.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Resourcing Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Business Partner, or Senior Recruiter within a public sector organisation.
- Strong understanding and practical application of the Green Book and White Book frameworks within a public sector recruitment environment.
- Experience managing high-volume and complex recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
