At Specsavers, we believe in changing lives through better sight and hearing. As a Resourcing Partner covering the North of England, you'll play a key role in helping our stores find great people and apprentices who will make a real difference to our customers.
This is a 10-month fixed-term opportunity where you'll work closely with store teams, Partners, and colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full recruitment journey, from sourcing and attracting candidates through to offer, onboarding, and first-day check-ins.
- Build strong relationships across your region, understand hiring needs, and create recruitment plans that support both current and future growth.
- Use proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and market insights to help fill roles in both straightforward and hard-to-recruit areas.

Requirements
- Strong resourcing experience gained in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
- Confidence in direct sourcing and headhunting candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at pace and build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and talent pools to deliver great hiring outcomes.
