KT Healthcare is a family-founded, clinically led healthcare organisation delivering specialist services across the UK, including Autism and ADHD assessments, SEND therapeutic services and Brain Injury Rehabilitation.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our People Team and help us attract great clinical talent.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter with some clinical recruitment experience who wants to develop their career within a growing healthcare organisation.
The Role
Working alongside our Senior Resourcing Partner, HR Manager and Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll support recruitment across the organisation, working closely with hiring managers and clinical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and advertising vacancies across relevant platforms
- Proactively sourcing candidates and developing talent pools
- Reviewing applications and screening CVs
- Conducting first-stage interviews
- Preparing candidate shortlists for hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed
- Maintaining accurate ATS and recruitment records
- Providing regular recruitment updates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application right through to starting in post and beyond
- Supporting recruitment projects and initiatives across the People Team

About You
You’ll be a people-focused, organised and proactive recruiter who enjoys finding the right candidates and delivering a positive recruitment experience.
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, either within an agency or internal team
- Experience within healthcare or clinical recruitment
- An interest in neurodevelopment, SEND, mental health, brain injury or therapy
- An established network of Allied Health Professional candidates would be a significant advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment system
- A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
