Location: Remote + Occasional Travel to Northampton

Are you a talent acquisition expert who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships and using data to drive smarter hiring decisions?
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Resourcing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our recruitment strategy. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates and the wider Resourcing, HR and RDP team, you'll act as a trusted Talent Acquisition SME, providing expert guidance, market insights, and data-led recommendations to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, analysing recruitment trends, and creating a seamless candidate experience while helping attract and secure top talent across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Support Centre and Practice Manager positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
- Own the candidate journey from initial application through to offer, onboarding and completion of pre-employment compliance checks.
- Coordinate and deliver effective inductions for new starters, ensuring they have a positive introduction to the organisation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Use recruitment insight, data and reporting to track performance, identify trends and continuously improve recruitment activity.
- Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates through platforms including Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain an active presence across social media platforms to promote vacancies, strengthen our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and maintain a strong pool of candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Support other Resourcing Specialists where needed

Essential
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- 360 recruitment experience from a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities and work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics to improve performance and using market data to influence and make attraction and hiring decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including ATS management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive stakeholder and candidate experience.

Desirable
- Experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, social media, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
- Workday would be desirable
