Response Assets Officer
Based at Head Office, Waring Street, Belfast
37hrs per week (Mon-Fri, flexi hours available)
Salary £36,340.20 - £40,999.20 per annum
A bit about the role
At Clanmil, our customers are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for our customers. As Response Assets Officer you will oversee all operational Asset management work within your schemes and patch area. You will support, assist, scheme colleagues, housing team to deliver a customer focused service to our residents.

A bit about you
- Two years experience (within the last seven years) within a construction / facilities / maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment.
- OR Exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment should also apply.
