The Role
Provide technical support to the Property Assets Manager to enable the delivery of a high-quality, customer focused response maintenance service ensuring tenants and other key stakeholders by ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering value for money.

The Package
We have a 12-month fixed-term Response Asset Officer role available based in Ballymoney / Ballymena. Salary scale is Band 5 Level 1 - 4 (£34,215 -£36,080 per annum) 37 hours per week
