Responsible AI Governance Analyst
London - £300 to £600 p/d
3-6 Month Contract
Lead and support the assessment and governance of AI systems, helping teams identify risks and apply responsible AI principles.
Responsibilities:
- Assess AI use cases for risks involving fairness, transparency, privacy, and human oversight.
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Lead AI risk assessments and oversee remediation.
- Advise senior stakeholders and coordinate technology, legal, privacy, and risk teams.
- Guide analysts and oversee the quality of governance documentation and reporting.
- Maintain risk registers, assessment records, and governance documentation.
- Support stakeholder workshops and translate policies into practical guidance.
- Work with business, technology, and risk teams to track actions.

- Background in AI governance, technology policy, data ethics, or technology risk.
- Understanding of AI and generative AI, with strong research and writing skills.
- Able to explain complex subjects clearly to different audiences.
- Experience delivering AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk programmes.
- Ability to turn governance requirements into practical processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience leading workstreams.
- Understanding of AI risks and relevant governance frameworks.
