About The Role

As Responsible Individual, you will provide senior oversight across our children’s residential services and work closely with our Company Director and Registered Managers.

  • Support, supervise and professionally challenge managers
  • Carry out regular home visits and quality assurance activity
  • Oversee safeguarding and regulatory compliance
  • Review Regulation 44 and Regulation 45 processes
  • Maintain Ofsted readiness and monitor staffing, safer recruitment, training and management performance
  • Review service performance, identify emerging risks
  • Support safe placement matching
  • Contribute to new-home registrations and service development
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with Ofsted, Local Authorities and partner agencies

This role is about more than compliance. We are looking for someone who is visible, approachable and confident, with the ability to strengthen managers, improve services and help deliver consistently positive outcomes for children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000–£65,000 DOE plus a performance-related bonus, alongside a senior multi-site leadership role with direct access to Company Directors, established Registered Managers and central support.
