This is a critical role providing independent quality oversight across our pharmaceutical supply chain, ensuring compliance with Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA(H)) requirements, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards and applicable import activities. You will play a key role in protecting product quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued growth of our generics portfolio and European commercial operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the named RP and, where appointed, RPi on the company WDA(H), maintaining the competence, authority, availability and independence required by the licence.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the pharmaceutical Quality Management System (QMS) for wholesale distribution and import activities.
  • Ensure GDP procedures, records and controls are compliant, effective and inspection-ready.
  • Review and approve deviations, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk assessments.
  • Oversee supplier, customer and service provider qualification processes.
  • Manage GDP audits, self-inspections and follow-up actions.
  • Provide oversight of storage, transportation and outsourced logistics activities.
  • Lead investigations relating to complaints, returns, recalls and suspected falsified medicines.
  • Coordinate product recalls and maintain regulatory readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with RPi verification requirements and import controls.

  • Provide expert GDP guidance across the business and make independent quality decisions to protect patient safety and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
