We’re a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath where luxury is relaxed, service is personal and our guests are encouraged to have a bloody good time.
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and help create a great guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
What you’ll be doing
- Giving every guest a warm and confident welcome
- Managing restaurant arrivals and seating guests
- Checking reservations and helping organise the flow of the restaurant
- Communicating closely with the restaurant team throughout service
- Making sure special occasions, requests and guest details are recognised
- Helping guests with questions about menus, the hotel and their experience
- Keeping the entrance and host area looking smart and organised
- Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team when needed

What we’re looking for
- Previous hosting experience within a hotel restaurant
- Confidence dealing with guests face-to-face
- Experience working in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A warm, friendly and professional manner
- The ability to keep calm and organised during busy services
- Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for looking after people

- £13 per hour plus tronc
- 40 hours per week
- Across 5 days
