Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum (to be discussed at interview, dependent on experience)

Plus: Share of service charge (approximately £2,000 per year)

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house team across breakfast, afternoon tea, Harvey's Bar and The Dining Room, creating experiences that are warm, personal and unforgettable.

The Role

As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will lead the daily operation of our diverse dining experiences, including:

  • Breakfast service
  • Afternoon Tea
  • Harvey's Bar
  • The Dining Room
  • Private dining and special occasions

You'll be a visible leader, working alongside your team, engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional service throughout every shift.

You'll inspire, coach and support your team to deliver service that is professional without being formal, attentive without being intrusive, and always memorable.

Previous management experience within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
