Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced restaurant? COSMO World Buffet is searching for a Restaurant Assistant to support our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Making it a vital part of our restaurant operations.
About Us
At COSMO, we serve an exciting selection of global cuisines, from sizzling teppanyaki and fresh sushi to authentic curries and indulgent desserts. Our busy, high-volume restaurants require a dedicated Restaurant Assistant to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
As a Restaurant Assistant, You Will
- Assist in delivering food & drinks orders from the kitchen & bar to guests quickly and efficiently
- Operate POS and taking payments
- Keep the buffet stations well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, helping guests with any requests
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including buffet areas and service stations
- Meeting Guests at the door and seating them in the correct location.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not essential
- A friendly and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations (training provided if needed)
