A rapidly expanding, quality hospitality group is looking for a hands-on, passionate Assistant General Manager to join their brand-new West London venue.
The group already has several sites, with two exciting openings coming shortly and ambitious plans to continue expanding across London. This all-day restaurant celebrates traditional flavours, fresh ingredients and the joy of long lunches, lively dinners and late-night moments, set within one of London's most exciting new destinations.

About The Position
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the venue
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Manage licensing, health and safety and venue standards
- Drive guest experience and atmosphere
- Oversee drinks stock, P and L and budgeting
- Support training, development and marketing
The Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on operator who loves being on the floor
- Passionate about fresh food and unique hospitality concepts
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong drinks sales
- Excellent communicator and natural team leader
- Strong stock and financial knowledge
- Experience within a large London venue, restaurant, bar or events space
- Ambitious and keen to grow with an expanding business
