Restaurant and Bar Floor Manager job opening for Chino Latino

Seeking an extraordinary Restaurant and Bar Floor Manager, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example at Chino Latino Restaurant.

Chino Latino, the award-winning Pan-Asian South Bank London Restaurant is located at Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel near Vauxhall Station.

Our Pan-Asian food is served to share and dishes are brought steadily to the table creating an informal yet sophisticated style of eating and drinking - the best way to enjoy the taste sensation that is Chino Latino.

  • Have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation
  • Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
  • Lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
  • Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within Chino Latino and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
  • Have previous experience as an Floor Manager or Senior F&B Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel’s restaurant and bar.
