We are delighted to announce that we are looking for proactive and target-driven General Managers with a passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to lead our teams at various locations across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all day to day aspects of the business, including:
- Recruiting, retaining and developing an efficient and high-performing team
- Rotas and payroll budget management
- Accountable for the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring all targets are met with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
- Training the team across all aspects of the business
- Leading legal compliance across all parts of the business
- Creation and implementation of marketing plans to grow sales
- Reporting business health to senior management on a regular basis

- Restaurant Management experience.
- People management experience, with the ability to keep the team aligned and motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure the team understand and deliver the company vision
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
