The Role

As Restaurant General Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume, high-footfall airport location with fast-paced, all-day trading. This is a demanding environment that requires pace, precision and confident leadership during peak trading periods.

You will hold full P&L responsibility, driving sales performance, controlling labour and food costs, and ensuring the site consistently delivers against commercial objectives. You will also be responsible for building, developing and leading a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional operational standards and delivering excellence across service, quality, speed and profitability.

As the leader of a flagship corporate site, you will play a key role in representing the business in a highly visible environment, ensuring both customers and team members experience the brand at its very best.

The Person

You will be an experienced Restaurant General Manager or Store Manager from a high-volume quick service restaurant or fast-casual environment, with a proven track record of leading large teams in fast-paced operating environments or you may be a supervisor or Team Leader looking for your first Manager role.
