A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead one of its luxury lifestyle dining concepts in London. We are looking for a dynamic hospitality leader with experience in high-energy, lifestyle-led restaurant concepts where exceptional dining, vibrant atmosphere, entertainment, and elevated guest experiences come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across the venue.
  • Drive an exceptional, energetic, and consistent guest experience aligned with a luxury lifestyle concept.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and front-of-house teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong service culture while managing a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, revenue optimisation, and P&L management.
  • Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation, atmosphere, and overall guest experience.
  • Work closely with the culinary and senior leadership teams to deliver a cohesive and successful venue operation.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing hospitality talent.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and create a culture centred around exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within a luxury lifestyle, high-energy, or premium dining environment.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations.
  • A background in lifestyle-led concepts is highly preferred.
  • Experience in premium, internationally recognised restaurant and entertainment concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A confident and dynamic leadership style, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
