- 45-hour per week contract

What You'll Do
- Build people capability - Lead, coach, and develop your management team and crew, creating a culture rooted in Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
- Deliver memorable QXR experiences - Ensure every customer interaction creates moments that matter and reflects our commitment to experience over transaction
- Own business performance - Lead the restaurant's P&L, drive sales growth, and deliver strong profitability
- Set the tone - Lead by example, embodying Live Mas values and creating an environment of recognition, engagement, and fun
- Drive operational excellence - Ensure safe, legal, and compliant daily operations across all areas

- Proven leadership - Experience leading and developing teams in operational, fast-paced environments
- Mas Heart in action - You build strong relationships, create belonging, and genuinely care about your people's growth
- Business acumen - Strong P&L management, sales performance, and strategic thinking
- Drive and passion - Natural energy, resilience, and a 'can do' mentality
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis
