The General Manager Role
They are really looking for a rock star to help them succeed in maintaining their standards as well as bringing in fresh, innovative ideas to take the site to the next level. As General Manager you will be fully responsible for all front of house operations, including recruitment, financials, budgeting, costing, team development and growth and above all; ensuring that every guest leaves having had an awesome experience.

The General Manager Person
- Live and breathe food and service: passion is key for this position
- At least 2/3 years experience in a similar establishment in a similar position
- Obsessed with operational excellence: always looking for continuous improvement
- Love food and working with great people
- Natural leader who can drive change
- Commercially very astute
- Worked in a quality led environment at high volume
