RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER – PREMIUM RESTAURANT

£55,000 – £60,000
I am working with a brilliant independent hospitality business in Central London who are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a busy, established restaurant with a strong reputation, a loyal guest following and a real focus on quality food, warm service and proper hospitality.
THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the FOH team and making sure standards remain consistently high across service, people and guest experience.

Working closely with the senior team, you will be involved in training and developing the team, rotas, labour, stock, health & safety and driving overall restaurant performance.
This is very much a hands-on role, so I am looking for someone who loves being on the floor, understands a busy service and can lead a team with personality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You will already be working at General Manager level within a quality restaurant, brasserie or premium casual environment.

You will be confident running busy services, passionate about food and hospitality and, most importantly, a brilliant people person who knows how to get the best from a team.
A background within independent, European or French-style restaurants would be great, but personality, leadership and genuine hospitality experience are the most important things.
