About The Role - Restaurant Host Opportunity
At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Restaurant Host, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience through effective reservations management using SevenRooms.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reservations and optimizing table seating using SevenRooms.
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient front-of-house operation.
- Communicating effectively with the floor team to ensure smooth service.
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and walk-ins with confidence.
- Upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- A natural people person with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic restaurant setting.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.
