Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Collins, Design My Night & OpenTable is an advantage but not required – full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
