Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Experience using Collins, Design My Night & OpenTable is an advantage but not required – full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
