SALARY: £34,091 per annum OTE, Paid Weekly!
HOURS: 32-40 hours, including weekends - September Start!

About The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Host to join the Daylesford Farm Shop team. This is a highly guest facing role, combining warm welcomes with practical support across the shop and restaurant areas.

You will act as a central point of contact for customers, helping manage footfall during busy periods, supporting bookings or waitlists where applicable, and working closely with retail and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, takes pride in delivering thoughtful service, and shares an interest in food, farming and sustainable living.
Skills And Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles preferred
- Confident, friendly communication style with a natural ability to put people at ease
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment
- A customer first mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and positive during high footfall periods
- Genuine interest in food, farming, sustainability and the Daylesford ethos
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach

About Gratuities & Service Charge
Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis.
It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £7,280 in addition to their annual salary.
The base salary of £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £7,280 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
