Restaurant Launch Assistant (Flemish/Dutch Speaking)

We’re looking for a Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our European SMB hub. In this role, you’ll be the face of Deliveroo for our newest partners in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, ensuring every restaurant has a seamless transition onto our platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Restaurant Launch team. We are centralising our launch and sales development activity into a high-energy hub to ensure a consistent, world-class experience for our European Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Drive Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders.
- Deliver High-Touch Service: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey.
- Own the Phone: Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo.
- Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless "handover" for every new partner.
- Hit Ambitious KPIs: Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
- Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Communication & Confidence: A strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers.
- IT Literacy: Comfortable using internal systems and CRM tools to keep partner information accurate and up to date.
- Resilience: The ability to work to tight turnaround times and navigate complex requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative approach—being a positive influence and someone others genuinely enjoy working with.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or technical support role.
- A passion for the food-tech industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process

- Recruiter Screen – You’ll have a 15-30 minute conversation with someone from Deliveroo to talk through your experience in more detail, learn more about the role, and get guidance on how to prepare for the next stages.
- Interview & Case Study – You’ll be invited to interview with one of our Managers, which may include a case study where you’ll present your findings (online or onsite).
- Outcome – We’ll get back to you after your interview to let you know the result!

The Details
- Salary: £27,700 base + up to £6,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly).
- Start Date: June 8th 2026
