Restaurant Manager - Harbour Hotel St Ives
£16.50 - £18 / Hour
Location: St Ives, TR26 2BN, UK
Type: Full Time

The Role
As a Restaurant Manager at Harbour Hotel St Ives, you will:
- Manage the restaurant with a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience gained from a high-end restaurant.
- Work within budget guidelines, manage stock, and have a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs.
- Demonstrate excellent food and wine knowledge to train, motivate, and develop the team.
- Show a passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level.
