About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our Brasserie.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Brasserie across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Support the Brasserie General Manager with recruitment, training, rotas, stock control, and ordering.
- Manage and develop the team through effective training, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
- Monitor operational payroll and staffing levels in line with agreed budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain effective communication across the team, ensuring all relevant operational information is shared.
- Ensure HR procedures, employment legislation, and Club recruitment standards are consistently followed.
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a premium hospitality environment.
- A confident and inspiring leader with excellent people management skills.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and labour costs.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
