Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to deliver a high-quality dining experience and uphold Hyde & Seek Hotel standards. This full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom includes:

  • Managing front-of-house service
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team
  • Ensuring consistent food and beverage quality

The Restaurant Manager will lead and schedule the restaurant team, handle hiring and performance feedback, and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Monitoring reservations and seating
  • Addressing guest inquiries or concerns
  • Managing stock and suppliers
  • Enforcing health and safety compliance
  • Supporting revenue and cost control initiatives in collaboration with hotel leadership

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience overseeing Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and service standards
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional hotel partners
  • Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
