Restaurant Manager

Location: Richmond Village, Evesham Road, Evesham, WR11 4TY

Salary: £29.221 per annum

Contract: Permanent - Full Time 40 hrs 5 shifts a week to include some weekends

Shift Pattern: 11.30am - 7.30pm

At Richmond Village Wood Norton, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences within a warm, community-focused environment — and we’re now looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Managing and optimising staff rotas, always ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets
  • Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages’ high standards
  • Overseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service
  • Planning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue
  • Building relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences
  • Working closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest & resident experience
  • Managing dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience of managing a team in a hospitality or catering environment
  • CIEH Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety (or equivalent)
  • Self-motivated and a great communicator
  • Develop relationships with our residents, always using a person-centred approach
  • Organised and flexible with a professional attitude
  • Great team player but can also work under your own initiative
  • Always leading by example, you know the importance of creating and delivering an excellent hospitality experience
