Multi-Site Restaurant Manager

Central London | £50,000 to £55,000 + benefits

A premium neighbourhood restaurant group is looking for a Multi Site Restaurant Manager to join its growing operation in Central London.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, understands what great service looks like and enjoys being at the heart of a restaurant.

You will work across three sites, supporting the General Manager and Operations team while acting as another layer of management across service, people, compliance and commercial performance.

The Role

You will split your time between the three restaurants, maintaining consistency and standards across the group.

You will:

  • Work closely with the GM and Operations team across all three sites
  • Be highly present on the restaurant floor and lead by example during service
  • Support financial management, including costs, labour and daily commercial performance
  • Assist with compliance, licensing, health & safety and operational standards
  • Support office-based duties and operational administration
  • Help maintain consistent systems and standards across all three sites
  • Lead and reinforce training across FOH teams
  • Coach, develop and motivate managers and wider teams
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management
  • Identify operational issues and take ownership of resolving them
  • Maintain exceptional service standards across every site
  • Build strong relationships with guests and become a familiar face within the neighbourhood
  • Work alongside senior leadership to improve the operation as the group continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Person

We're looking for a dynamic manager who genuinely enjoys hospitality. Someone who knows their numbers but isn't afraid to get stuck into service. Someone who can spend the morning working through compliance and financials, then be on the floor that evening leading a busy service.

You should be a true people person who enjoys developing teams, maintaining standards and creating an environment where people want to do their best work. Experience within a premium neighbourhood restaurant environment is particularly important. You should understand the importance of regular guests, service consistency and creating a restaurant that becomes part of its local community.

Right to work in the UK required

If you're an experienced restaurant manager who wants to take on a broader role across a genuinely exciting hospitality group, we'd like to hear from you.
