Restaurant Manager - Newly Refurbished & Busy Flagship Site with evenings near Andover - up to 40k
Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager who knows how to run a busy, high-volume commercial restaurant while delivering outstanding customer service?
We are recruiting for a major 300+ cover restaurant near Andover following significant investment and a £500,000 refurbishment. This is a substantial hospitality operation where customer expectations are high, and you will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the team, service standards and day-to-day performance.
This role is ideal for a proven operator who thrives in a busy environment, leads from the floor and understands how great customer service can drive loyalty, reputation and commercial success.

What you will be doing
As Restaurant Manager, You Will
- Take full day-to-day responsibility for a large, busy commercial restaurant
- Lead from the floor and set the standard for exceptional customer service
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, efficient and consistently high-quality experience
- Coach and develop the team to confidently manage high-volume service without compromising standards
- Recruit, motivate and nurture a strong restaurant team
- Use customer feedback to continually improve the guest experience
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, stock and operational controls
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance
- Drive efficiency, consistency and commercial performance
- Maximise the opportunity created by the recent investment and refurbishment
What we're looking for
You Will Need
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume commercial operation
- Experience successfully managing significant customer numbers and a large team
- A strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for customer service
- A track record of improving service standards and developing customer-focused teams
- The confidence and presence to lead from the front
- Strong people-management skills and the ability to build an engaged team
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of restaurant performance
- The ability to remain organised and maintain excellent standards during high-volume service
