🦐 Restaurant Manager – Shrimp & Co. | Milton Keynes
Shrimp & Co. is growing — and we’re looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to join our Milton Keynes team.
Since opening our first Leicester restaurant in March 2025, Shrimp & Co. has grown rapidly, with new locations and further expansion underway. We’re building a bold, guest-focused seafood brand with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and memorable dining experiences.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading both FOH and BOH teams to deliver excellent food, service, and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate FOH & BOH teams during daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety
- Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance
- Support recruitment and team development
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor cash handling, stock, wastage, and operating costs
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support local marketing and promotional initiatives
- Identify and implement operational improvements
- Build a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
- Experience within a busy casual dining or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and stock control
- Ability to manage high-volume service periods confidently
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
