Job Title: Restaurant Manager – 5 Star Hotel - Scotland

Salary: up to £37K + Service charge

Location: Scotland


About the Role

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this stylish hotel in Scotland. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F&B Director and oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
  • Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
  • Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
  • Report to the F&B Director

The Successful Candidate

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • A born leader with a can-do attitude
  • Luxury hotel experience
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
  • A dynamic and motivated individual
